How Much Does a Lower Eyelid Lift Cost?

Sagging skin and fat can give you puffy “bags” under your eyes that make you look tired and older. A lower eyelid lift can rejuvenate your undereye area to give you back your bright, youthful-looking eyes

What is a Lower Eyelid Lift?

A lower eyelid lift is a surgery to remove loose skin, decrease undereye fat, and tighten sagging muscles. Dr. Lanfranchi performs a lower eyelid lift, also called a blepharoplasty, in the comfort of the Lanfranchi Center. He performs the procedure under local anesthesia with oral sedation for calming. As a result, you do not have to recover from general anesthesia after surgery. Your incision will be hidden slightly under the lower eyelashes, and almost impossible to see once it has healed.

How Much Does a Lower Eyelid Lift Cost?

Costs for procedures like a lower eyelift can vary widely. Factors affecting your price include your location, provider’s pricing, and the type of surgery performed. By performing the procedure in his own facility under local anesthesia, Dr. Lanfranchi helps you avoid unnecessary expenses while prioritizing your safety and comfort.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons found that the nationwide average cost for a lower eyelid lift is $5,000 – $7,000. This does not include surgical center fees, costs for anesthesia, or other related fees. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to schedule a consultation so Dr. Lanfranchi can evaluate your needs.

Can I Have an Upper and Lower Eyelid Lift at the Same Time?

You can have upper and lower eyelid lifts simultaneously, and many people do. If you have issues with sagging and undereye bags, you may also have loose or drooping upper eyelids that surgery can correct. An upper eyelid lift can open and brighten the eyes for complete eye rejuvenation.

A lower eyelid lift often accompanies procedures like brow lifts or facelifts. A brow lift raises sagging, heavy brows, making the eye area look younger and more open. Upper and lower eyelid lifts make excellent companions to a brow lift or facelift to address the delicate eye area.

What is Recovery Like From a Lower Eyelid Lift?

You may be surprised how little swelling or discomfort you see after your procedure. Most people have recovered within five to seven days. Dr. Lanfranchi will provide you with instructions on recovering quickly and safely.

What Results Will I See With a Lower Eyelid Lift?

You will look less tired and more refreshed, and many people observe that they look up to ten years younger. Skin will look smooth and tighter, and you will have no more puffiness or undereye bags to make you look tired. Results are long-lasting, and many people remain happy with their lower eyelid lifts for a lifetime.

Stellar Service from Start to Finish

Two months ago I had a lower lifestyle facial lift. I was apprehensive, but it was well worth the effort and expense. Dr. Lanfranchi and his entire staff were kind, caring and very professional, from the first meeting to the follow up appointments.

The procedure is done under a local, not general anesthetic, and it was easy. I healed quickly and am very satisfied with the results.
His fee was very reasonable. Any further facial work I want done, I will be sure to come back here.
