What Do I Tell My Revision Surgeon?
The first and most beneficial thing you can disclose is the truth about what you do and don’t like about your results. You’re not going to offend anyone by having an issue with a prior doctor’s work. This is your face, your appearance, and your confidence, so of course, Team TLC wants to ensure a better outcome the second time around. We expect you to ask lots of questions about how we can help, including requesting before-and-after photos of previous revisions performed by Dr. Lanfranchi.
The Lanfranchi Center has a hard-earned reputation for compassionate treatment of our patients and Dr. Lanfranchi’s bedside manner is frequently mentioned as a big reason for our high patient satisfaction ratings. When considering a revision facelift, we will listen to all of your concerns and walk you through your treatment plan step-by-step. If you have any questions about specific techniques, the recovery plan, or anything else, we’re happy to answer them. We want you comfortable and confident that this time around, you’ll be pleased with the results.
What Results Can I Expect?
Every patient’s revision facelift involves areas of focus specific to them, so results are discussed in-office on a patient-by-patient basis. Because Dr. Lanfranchi uses local anesthesia with oral sedatives rather than general anesthesia, our procedures are less stressful on the body, making patient recovery times shorter and easier. Many of our patients add additional procedures, such as an upper or lower eyelid lift to enhance their outcomes. Additional procedures do not typically increase recovery times. You can expect your recovery to last between 7-14 days, though many of our patients often return to work sooner.
At The Lanfranchi Center, we offer our patients the highest standard of care available, and we take pride in our expertise and artistry in all procedures. Dr. Lanfranchi has performed thousands of successful revision facelifts over the course of his career. Call today for an appointment.
