Will Recovery Affect My Vision?
Blepharoplasty is one of the easiest procedures to recover from, with recovery as quick as 2-4 days in some cases, or more commonly after a week, depending on the line of work you’re in. Following the day of your procedure, your eyelids may feel tight and sore. You may also experience watery, dry, sticky, or itchy eyes with some blurred vision for a few days. Cold compresses can reduce bruising and swelling, and the cold may naturally numb any residual discomfort. Light movement, such as walking from room to room, may also help speed healing.
