This lovely patient wished for a more prominent chin along with an improvement of her neck and jawline. We performed for her a lower facelift with a chin augmentation with an Implantech silicone extended anatomic implant. It is reasonable to state that at least 50% of her amazing result was a direct result of her improvement in her chin profile. These procedures were performed safely under local anesthesia with oral sedation with valium.
