This beautifully aging woman presented with the complaint that her chin was not "strong enough". Her only concern with aging was her small-sized chin and lack of defined profile. After a thorough consultation, we decided together to place a medium sized extended anatomic silicon chin implant utilizing a very small incision under her chin. She also had minor liposuction under her chin to add to her overall result. Her rejuvenation produced a more defined profile, better balance with her midface/cheeks, and improved facial harmony.
