This young woman came to our Center seeking improvement of her profile and weak chin. She also did not like the fullness under her chin. Under local anesthesia and mild oral sedation in our Center, we performed a chin augmentation with liposuction under the chin. We used an extended anatomic silicone implant and her procedure time was approximately an hour. She additionally had an eyebrow and upper eyelid lift on the same day. The results helped to better balance all of her facial features and create more aesthetic harmony.
