This gentleman presented to our Center for rejuvenation of the lower face and neck. We performed a SMAS Facelift/Necklift under local anesthesia (with oral sedation/valium) comfortably in our office. He returned one month later to have an upper blepharoplasty performed. The combination of these two procedures naturally rejuvenated his appearance, allowing him to appear refreshed and healthy.
