Would you like to improve or correct the outcome of your original facelift procedure?
TLC Revision Facelift Las Vegas
There are many reasons patients come to our Center for revision facelift procedures. Some patients are simply unhappy with the outcome of a previous surgery, while others are bothered by the occurrence of new signs of aging and would like a secondary procedure. Revision facelifts can safely and effectively be performed for men and women of all ages. Many patients opt for our TLC Premier LiftTM for total face and neck rejuvenation. However, revision facelifts can easily be customized to help you achieve your desired outcome.

What Is a Revision Facelift?
Your revision facelift procedure is performed as an outpatient treatment under local anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Incisions are often made at the same site as your original surgery to prevent additional scarring. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Lanfranchi will correct both obvious, and subtle, inconsistencies and remove scar tissue as needed. Revision facelifts can be done as a stand-alone procedure or alongside other surgeries such as an upper blepharoplasty for further enhancement.
Revision facelifts are sometimes more complicated to perform than your first procedure. Dr. Lanfranchi has already stretched skin, muscle, and scar tissue to contend with. It takes advanced surgical precision to create a natural-looking facelift the second time around. That’s why it is important to opt for a skilled board-certified facial surgeon with expertise when it comes to performing revision facelift surgery. Dr. Lanfranchi and Team TLC have successfully performed hundreds of these procedures for both men and women over the past decade.
Are You a Candidate For a Revision Facelift?
In most cases, a revision facelift can be beneficial no matter the reason you’re considering a secondary procedure. Maybe you’re bothered by scarring, asymmetry, or other issues from a previous surgery. Or perhaps, the natural aging process has finally taken its toll after several years. Dr. Lanfranchi will speak with you about your concerns and goals at the time of your initial consultation before determining your candidacy for the procedure. However, if you’re in good general health both physically and mentally, a revision facelift may be a perfect fit.

The Recovery Process*
You can expect recovery time to be similar to that of your initial surgery. Dr. Lanfranchi uses advanced surgical techniques to facilitate a speedy recovery so you can get back to your normal routine as soon as possible. Swelling is usually less than a first facelift due to old scar tissue, and most patients are able to start to return to day-to-day activities within just 7-10 days (when sutures are removed).
At our Center, revision facelift procedures are performed under local anesthesia so you won’t have the groggy effects you probably had with your first procedure. Drains are rarely used. The majority of patients are extremely satisfied with their procedure and even note dozing off throughout the surgery. Revision facelifts safely and effectively produce natural-looking results without discomfort.
“Dr. Lanfranchi is an artist. I have been wanting to have this surgery done for five years. The surgery was very easy I loved having it done in the doctor’s clinic. Two weeks in I am very happy I would recommend anyone that would want their lower face and neck lift to see Dr. Lanfranchi.
The bruising wasn’t bad. I am out and about after two weeks. The stitches are removed.”*
