This professional woman presented to our Center seeking full facial rejuvenation. She wished for her eyes to appear less tired, along with decreased heaviness in her lower face and neck. Under local anesthesia with oral mild sedation with valium, we performed a lower facelift, necklift, chin augmentation, upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), and fractional laser treatment under her eyes. Her results demonstrate a lighter appearing lower face and neck with improved contour, along with natural appearing \"opening\" of the eyes.
