A Facelift Without Surgery: Is This Possible?

Many people interested in facial rejuvenation procedures are understandably tentative about undergoing surgery to achieve their aesthetic goals. At The Lanfranchi Center, patients need not be afraid to consider all their options regarding facelifts and neck lifts to achieve a younger, more vibrant appearance

The TLC Lift™

While there are products on the market that can improve facial aesthetics, they’re temporary and frequently require multiple treatments to achieve initial goals, and annual maintenance treatments to sustain the results. At The Lanfranchi Center, Dr. Paul Lanfranchi offers customized treatment options for individuals seeking the benefits of a facelift or neck lift who are concerned about undergoing surgery. Dr. Lanfranchi specializes only in faces, so he is well versed in the latest techniques in facelifts to minimize downtime and recovery. The TLC Lift™ can be modified and customized to address early signs of a melting jawline, jowls, or skin laxity in the neck region. These “minilifts” are just one option available to patients of The Lanfranchi Center, and all of our procedures are done with local anesthetic to minimize risk and maximize patient comfort.

Neck Liposculpting

Liposculpting of the neck is a procedure commonly chosen by younger patients seeking to stave off the submental fullness (double chin) of age that can, over time, tax the elasticity of the skin of the neck and jawline. This minimally invasive procedure is performed in-office under local anesthesia to sculpt the jawline and contour the neck to restore the overall shape of the lower face. A tiny incision is made and a cannula is inserted to remove unwanted submental fat. Dr. Lanfranchi then uses his artistic eye to contour the jawline, restoring facial symmetry and balance. Neck liposculpting at The Lanfranchi Center has a recovery period similar to that of other, non-invasive facial rejuvenation procedures with the added benefit of lasting far longer.
