All of our procedures are safely performed under local anesthesia in the comfort and convenience of our Center.  Dr. Lanfranchi has served over 10,000 patients since 2006 using his specialized technique.

How Long Does a Neck Lift Last?

Has the appearance of your neck started to affect your confidence? Sagging skin, neck bands, and a double chin can accompany the aging process. Fortunately, you can reverse these effects with a neck lift. This procedure tightens and sculpts your neck for the slim, defined look you want and long-lasting results.

What is a Neck Lift?

If you have loose neck skin, a neck lift is the most effective, long-lasting way to correct it. While a neck lift only addresses the neck, Dr. Lanfranchi and Team TLC have found that most people see more results from a TLC Lift™, a combined neck and lower facelift that lifts and shapes the neck, jaw, and lower face for a dramatically more youthful appearance.

How is a Neck Lift Performed?

Your neck lift at the Lanfranchi Center will take place using local anesthesia. Dr. Lanfranchi uses one or a few small incisions to lift and tighten loose skin and underlying structures. He will also repair separated neck bands and may use neck liposuction to remove excess fat. How long the procedure takes depends on the details of your treatment plan.

How Long Does a Neck Lift Last?

Neck lift results are long-lasting, but the aging process will continue. Most people are happy with the results of their neck lifts for ten to fifteen years, although some people remain satisfied for a lifetime. You can help your results last longer with diligent sun protection and a quality skincare routine.

While you may develop more skin laxity or wrinkles over time, a neck lift “turns back the clock” and undoes decades of sagging. As a result, your neck should always look better after a neck lift than it would have without it, even as you age.

What is Recovery Like After a Neck Lift?

Most people can return to light activities within a few days and get back to work within seven to ten days. Since the recovery timeline is the same for a neck lift or a TLC Lift™, many people choose to add the benefits of the lower facelift. You can resume strenuous activities after a few weeks, but follow your team’s recommendations before adding exercise back into your schedule.

Am I a Good Candidate for a Neck Lift?

A neck lift might be right for you if you have sagging neck skin, accumulated fat, and other concerns about the appearance of your neck area. Good candidates have reasonable expectations and are in good health. Most people who are candidates for a neck lift are also candidates for a TLC Lift™. This procedure may not be recommended if you have certain medical conditions.

Stellar Service from Start to Finish

Two months ago I had a lower lifestyle facial lift. I was apprehensive, but it was well worth the effort and expense. Dr. Lanfranchi and his entire staff were kind, caring and very professional, from the first meeting to the follow up appointments.

The procedure is done under a local, not general anesthetic, and it was easy. I healed quickly and am very satisfied with the results.
His fee was very reasonable. Any further facial work I want done, I will be sure to come back here.
