How Much Does an Eyelid Lift Cost?

The eyes are said to be the windows to the soul, but if they always look tired, what does that say about us? Excess skin on the upper eyelid, under-eye bags, puffiness, or wrinkled pockets and hollows give us a gaunt, depressed appearance no matter how much sleep we’re getting. At The Lanfranchi Center, eyelid lifts, a.k.a.” blepharoplasty”, can restore our bright-eyed and well-rested appearance.

Upper Eyelid Lift

The upper eyelid lift is typically Dr. Paul Lanfranchi’s favorite procedure to perform, not only because it’s quick, but it can take 10-20 years off your age in under an hour. Excess skin of the upper eyelid can cause “hooding,” interfere with makeup application, and even impede vision if the excess skin sags into the peripheral area. By strategically placing an incision in the crease of the eyelid, Dr. Lanfranchi removes excess skin to widen and brighten the eyes. He then enhances the contour of your eyes by repositioning or removing fat pads that contribute to the problem. Because upper blepharoplasty does not affect the eyebrows, there’s no risk of a fake “surprised” result. Just you, awake, alert, and more youthful than ever. Additionally, he can often even out eyes that are asymmetric to make them appear more equal.

Lower Eyelid Lift

The first marker of tiredness is under-eye bags or hollows beneath the eyes as gravity shifts the underlying muscles with age. During a lower eyelid lift, an incision is made in a natural skin crease right under the lower lash line for minimal scarring, and Dr. Lanfranchi removes and adjusts fat pads and tightens the muscles between the eyes and cheeks. While excessive under-eye wrinkling can be treated with fractional CO2 laser treatment, a lower blepharoplasty will diminish puffiness and hollows to give you a bright-eyed appearance in about an hour.

How Much Does an Eyelid Lift Cost?

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, statistics placed the average cost of blepharoplasty around $4,000, though this can vary widely with location, physician skill and experience, the complexity of the procedure, and the type of anesthesia used. At The Lanfranchi Center, patients have been undergoing cosmetic procedures with local anesthetic and oral sedation since the Center opened in 2006. This safer method of anesthesia significantly reduces the stress a procedure has on the body, improving the speed and difficulty of the recovery process. A pleasant side effect is the cost for treatments at The Lanfranchi Center are considerably lessened, and financing options are available.

The Lanfranchi Difference

Nationally recognized for his outstanding results, impeccable bedside manner, and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Paul Lanfranchi specializes only in facial and neck procedures. His double-board certification in Facial Plastic Surgery – Head and Neck Surgery, and Otolaryngology means patients won’t find a more experienced or qualified plastic surgeon for facial rejuvenation. It’s the reason patients all over the world travel to The Lanfranchi Center for treatment. TLC is one of the Las Vegas Valley’s most highly-regarded clinics, and Dr. Lanfranchi and Team TLC have more than 25 years of collective experience in mastering facial and neck rejuvenation. Upper and lower eyelid lifts are frequently paired with other enhancement procedures for a complete transformation that makes you love your selfie again.
