Who Makes a Good Candidate for a Lower Facelift?

A lower facelift and neck lift typically benefits patients with:

How is a Lower Facelift and Neck Lift Done?
A TLC Lift™ at the Lanfranchi Center is performed under local anesthesia and typically takes under two hours. Dr. Lanfranchi will make small, inconspicuous incisions to access your facial tissues and underlying muscles. He then lifts and tightens the skin, fat, and muscles of your lower face and neck.
What to Expect After a Lower Facelift
Team TLC and Dr. Lanfranchi will give you all the information and resources you need for a fast, easy recovery. You can expect some bruising and swelling for a couple of weeks. Most patients return to work and normal activities within one to two weeks.
As the swelling fades, you’ll be able to see your more youthful, refreshed appearance. You’ll likely see results in the first week, and these will gradually improve for the next several months. The results of a lower facelift often last a decade or more. Your health and lifestyle will affect the longevity of your facelift, and patients who have the procedure at a younger age may have longer-lasting results.
